I've logged in, but I don't see any video, just
a grey screen.
a. You may be behind a "stateful
security" firewall at your location, which is blocking your access to the video. To determine if this is the case, run THIS
TEST. If any of the tests report "Success" your firewall
is *not* stateful security level, so you should move on to solution b.
b. The camera you are trying
to watch is not currently logged in and broadcasting.
c. Your Flash Player may be out
of date or corrupt. Download and install an updated
Flash Player and try again.
d. Your computer may have a virus
that is interfering with your internet connection. Run a virus detection
program such as Norton Antivirus to detect and remove the virus.
I try to login and get a screen that says "Sorry..."
You are attempting to login with an invalid or incorrect
username or password:
Login information is cAse SeNstiVe, so it must be typed
exactly as originally chosen.
To have your login information resent to you,
please send an email to
with your account number and the full name of the account holder.
Your account may have
expired.
Check your account receipt, and verify that the term of your membership hasn't expired. If it has, please renew your membership by signing up again.
None of these questions solves my problem. What
should I do now?
